1. Grant of Permission

I confirm that:

• I am authorised to provide consent on behalf of the company named below.
  
• VELTUFF may use photographs and/or video content captured during the visit for marketing purposes.
  
• This may include use on:
  VELTUFF websites
  Social media channels (e.g. LinkedIn)
  Email marketing
  Sales presentations
  Printed brochures and case studies
  

2. Usage Conditions

VELTUFF agrees that:

• Images will not be used in a misleading or defamatory manner.
  
• Sensitive operational or confidential information will not be intentionally disclosed.
  
• Approval may be withdrawn in writing at any time for future use.
