We strive to ship all items within one day of receiving the order, and our shipping operations run every weekday. Our deliveries are exclusively processed by GLS, ensuring reliable and timely delivery of your items.


We understand that sometimes you change your mind, or a product doesn’t quite look or fit the way you expected when buying online. If that’s the case and you’d like a refund then please return any unwanted product(s) in a fully resalable condition (with all packaging, tags etc still intact where applicable) within 30 days of your original order.


If you have received an order that you would like to return, follow these simple steps to start your return process:

Step 1:  Log in to your account

Step 2: Find Your Order Once you are logged in, locate the order that you would like to return. This can be found in your order history.

Step 3: Request a Return Click on the option to request a return for the order you wish to return. Fill in the details of your request, including the reason for the return, and submit your request.

Step 4: Wait for Approval After you submit your return request, we will review your request and typically respond within 24 hours. If your return is approved, you will receive detailed instructions on how and where to return your order.

Step 5: Follow Return Instructions Carefully follow the instructions provided to return your order. This involve printing out a shipping label, repackaging the item, and dropping it off at a shipping location.

Step 6: Confirm Return Once you have shipped the item back, you should receive confirmation of your return from the retailer or seller. Be sure to keep this confirmation for your records.

When we have received your product(s) for a refund, the parcel will be checked and receipted back into stock by our returns team. Once this has been completed the instruction to process the required refund will be passed to accounts. From here the actual refund will be completed and it may take an additional 2-3 days to show back into your account. In the unlikely event of any discrepancy our customer service team will make contact with you via the details you provided alongside your original order.

Determining your size of workwear can be difficult. Here are some general tips:

  1. Take your measurements: Use a tape measure to measure your chest, waist, hips, and inseam depening on type of workwear.
  2. Check the size chart: Look up the size chart provided by Veltuff. Compare your measurements to the chart to determine your size.
